Snagged this Joytech Riftcore Duo a while back. The idea of a 'coil less' build deck was pretty intriguing to me.
I'll start with my only real complaint with this tank: Airflow isn't great. It's got 3 adjustable slots around the base, but they're fairly small. IMO they need to be twice as big as they are. To get the kind of clouds I'm accustomed to you've really gotta pull on this.
While the airflow could be better, the flavor from the 'mesh chip' heating elements is pretty awesome. I'm always a little skeptical of new heating elements, but this one was good in my book. Cleaning them is also fairly simple... just heat them up a few times in a row and they're pretty much good to go. If any gunk builds up, a q-tip and rubbing alcohol is enough to clean it off.
It's also pretty easy to replace the cotton for the heating elements. It only requires 2 small little pieces, so you won't really be going through a ton of cotton with this tank.
All in all its a cool little tank.
