If you've followed this site for a while, you'll know I haven't dabbled in the world of RTA's yet... well not anymore. Decided to grab a GeekVape Eagle tank.
There's a shitton to talk about with this tanks, lets get started!
Nice simple packaging, extra glass and different color o-rings, and it comes with 2 coils; 1 SS316 Fused Clapton and 1 Kanthal Fused Clapton. Tank itself looks nice, love the Eagle logo and name on the chimney. Easy top fill. All sorts of airflow with adjustable spots on the top and bottom of the tank. Bottom airflow moves nice and smooth, with a click for each notch. Top does the same, however mine takes a bit of force to move them. Also has the adjustable juice control, a little more on that later.
Now on to the brilliance of this tank; there are 20 different coils you can get from GeekVape for the Eagle. Yea... 20 different fucking pre-built coils, all you have to do is clean/re-wick the coils and when they are finally done just toss them out. To someone like me who is new to the RTA world and doesn't really want to deal with building coils, this is a godsend. I'll post reviews of the different coils in this as I use them.
So far I gotta say I really like this tank. The only 'cons' so far have been; gotta be really careful with the juice control. If I opened it too much, I was starting to get a little bit of leakage. Also, like I mentioned the top airflow control is a bit hard to move, but that's not a huge issue.
All in all, I'm quite happy with this tank so far. Might take me 6 months to try all the different coils they have, but again the fact that I can just buy pre-built coils and simply clean/re-wick/throw away if amazing.
Here's the review of the coil's I've used so far:
