I'll start by saying I love cryptocurrencies, one of them being Dogecoin, so I have an affinity to anything Doge related. So of course I had to grab a 'Doge Tank' From Congrevape!
Nice, sleek looking tank, love the black w/ gold coil tower. Comes with a larger glass piece + tower extension, vape band, wrench, color assortment of o-rings and an RDA deck with a Shibe engraved in it, thumbs up for that little touch. Also grabbed a pack of replacement coils because it only comes with the 1 installed.
So let's get into how it works.. I'll start with the coils. These are rebuildable coils. Take the cap off the gold tower and you can pull out the coils/cotton and re-wick/replace as needed. Will take a little getting used to, but it's not too much of a pain.
The coils look a lot like 'notch coils' but are tad different. They seem to be just a bit 'beefier' than most notch ones I've seen, and you can see just a bit of a raised edge around the bottoms so that the entire surface is making contact to the base, firing more efficiently.
Got some juice on the coils, loaded it in the tank, took a couple big pulls.... god damn. First off, this is one of the only tanks I've ever had to close off some of the airflow on. All the airflow paired with the LEGIT widebore drip tip was insane. Ramp up on these Helyx coils was a lot faster than most notch ones I've used, and these chucked a lot more clouds. Flavor was also on point. Worth pointing out, after I took my first few pulls, I set my mod down for about 10 minutes, and when I picked it back up there was a bit of leakage. Cleaned it up, and hasn't leaked since.
My only real complaint so far: when you're chain-vaping this thing, it can get a bit hot. The drip tip itself is fine, but if you hit the metal on the cap it can be a tad unpleasant. Simple fix would be to provide a 'cover' like the Aspire Cleito has.
